From the time of your evaluation appointment to the completed letter of medical necessity is usually 3 business days.

Loving Enterprises works with wheelchair vendors in any state that we are licensed in.
How much are our services?
Loving Enterprises bills for its services in 15-minute increments. Everyone is unique, therefore the time someone needs is unique and can vary. Please contact us with your needs and we can estimate what our services would cost.
Where is the wheelchair evaluation performed?
Wheelchair vendors have local representatives that will most likely be able to come to your house. Some insurance companies require documentation on your home’s floor type and door width.
What insurance does Loving Enterprises accept?
Loving Enterprises is credentialed with most major insurance companies. The list of insurance companies is always changing. If you have insurance that Loving Enterprises is not currently a provider, let us know. We will look into adding them.
How long until I get my wheelchair?
Loving Enterprises provides the letter of medical necessity. The faster this letter is completed the faster the vendor can acquire your wheelchair and deliver it to you.
Who provides my wheelchair?
The wheelchair vendor provides your wheelchair. Every wheelchair is made for an individual’s needs and therefore is custom.
Does Loving Enterprises offer maintenance for wheelchairs?
Loving Enterprises will be glad to evaluate your current wheelchair and offer advice on who to contact for service.
Is it necessary to get a new wheelchair?
Generally, there are two reasons to get a new chair. First, you have had a change in medical conditions thereby changing your wheelchair needs. Second, your wheelchair is no longer functional. Insurance companies have guidelines for how often they will provide someone with a new wheelchair. Contact us for current guidelines.
What kind of payments does Loving Enterprises accept?
Cash or check.

Anyone can order a home safety evaluation.
